Updated Demo (8.1.21)
Based on initial player feedback, I've made a few changes to the game and updated the demo.
There were scrolling bugs that created solid blocks where there were not supposed to be any. I had to augment some level geometry to eliminate this bug, but the new demo build should be without these glitches.
I also redid the Invincibility Frames after a player respawns. I was using a patchwork method, but the new method is closer to what players expect. It should also eliminate the issue where players would die on top of an enemy and just keep losing lives. Nobody wants that. I probably have the i-frames set a little too generously at this point, and this will likely change as the game continues development.
A few other changes were made as well, but they are minor compared to the above.
If you want the best version of the demo, be sure to download the latest build.
