Hey all,
So, I guess it's good nobody really plays these updates, since there was a pretty annoying bug in the last update from February that I only just became aware of as I continue to make final improvements on the game ahead of a Kickstarter for a physical release in the near future.
Here's the full list of updates for this round. More coming in the next month or so. If you notice something while playing, please reach out.
- Changed the title screen music
- Fixed jump kick attack so player leg doesn’t sometimes float away from player body.
- Fixed sprite overload glitch on certain bosses with a lot of health when the enemy health bar appeared. To do this, I essentially had to limit the appearance of an enemy health bar until the enemy was at 8 hit points or fewer.
- Adjusted action timing on a few bosses to improve player experience.
- Adjusted player normal kick hit box.
- Several other minor changes that probably won’t be noticed.
Also, here's a sneak peek at the box art for the physical release. It's still a work in progress.
